Gradually Taking Our New Identity
We are gradually taking on our new identity as Neles. Neles Corporation will be created in a partial demerger of Metso, as Metso’s Minerals Business combines with Outotec to create Metso Outotec. The transition will last until June 30, after which we will be an independent and focused flow control company, helping our customers to improve their process performance throughout their investment and operations life cycle.
